Quality is at the heart of Sri Shivam Exports. We adhere to an internal Zero-Defect Philosophy supported by strict AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) 1.5 / 2.5 standards throughout our operations.
Our 4-Stage Quality Framework:
- Raw Material Testing: Inspection of incoming yarn and greige fabric for count, twist, strength, and foreign fiber content.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Continuous inline monitoring of fabric GSM, shade matching, shrinkage, torqueing, and stitch density.
- Pre-Final Inspection: 100% garment audit post-stitching, checking for thread ends, measurement tolerances, and embellishment durability.
